Reports
When a card is wiped, the paperwork is what is left. Cocreate writes it in formats the next person along already reads, and none of it needs Cocreate to open.

Written as text, MHL and an offline HTML snapshot.
What gets written
Receipts
Per roll and consolidated, as plain text anyone can open without a licence for anything.
Checksum manifests
JSON manifests, and ASC MHL for the facilities and insurers that ask for it by name.
Directory snapshots
A self-contained HTML listing of exactly what was delivered — tree, sizes and search — that works offline with nothing running behind it.
What the day is logged against
Ingest log
Drive scans, copies and hand-offs recorded as they happen, with operator initials, work order and barcode, exportable as CSV.
Expected deliveries
List the rolls you are waiting on and Cocreate checks them off against what actually arrived, so a missing card is noticed on the day rather than in the edit.
Reports you can produce
Shooting day
What came in, from which cards, and what happened to it.
Clips
A per-clip listing with the metadata pulled during analysis.
Thumbnails and contact sheets
Visual references for a roll, laid out to print or send.
Volume
What a given drive holds, for the handover or the vault.
