Cameras keep offloading after everyone has gone home. Watching a folder means the footage is already ingested and analyzed by the time somebody opens the project.

How watching works
Choose a location
Pick a folder on the share. Anything that appears in it is imported and analyzed without anyone starting a job.
Small batches, in the background
Work is queued at low priority in micro-batches, so a drop of two hundred clips does not take the machine away from whoever is using it.
One job card
Everything a watched folder is doing reports under a single entry rather than flooding the queue with one job per clip.
When media moves
Offline media is flagged
An asset whose file is no longer reachable is marked offline rather than quietly failing later.
Relink proposes matches
Reconnect offline assets by exact path, by filename, or by a scored fuzzy match you can accept or reject before anything is applied.
